Food Pantry |

| One of our newest projects is still very much in the development stage. Our new mission site in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico is located in the second poorest area of the city. As we visit the local neighborhoods, we are discovering that people's access to affordable basic necessities is quite limited. In collaboration with the local, Catholic parish we are beginning the task of establishing a Food Pantry stocked with five basic foods; rice, dried beans, flour, sugar and cooking oil. In addition it is our hope that we may be able to conduct sewing classes for the local women as a way of helping them to learn a marketable skill so that they are able to help support their families. | |||
